Accept a Request
Review details and commit to a delivery
Tap a request to see the full details: complete pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, parcel description and handling notes, and estimated time needed. When you're satisfied, tap "Accept" to confirm. The sender is notified immediately.

Pickup the Parcel
Verify, inspect, and confirm pickup
Upon arrival, contact the pickup person through the app. Verify the parcel matches the request description, inspect for damage, and note any special handling needs. Optionally take a photo as proof of pickup, or enter an OTP shared by the sender — the choice is controlled by the sender.

Arrive at the delivery location. GPS confirms you're at the correct address. Contact the recipient, verify their identity, and confirm the parcel condition. Choose from four proof of delivery methods, submit, and get paid.
