Upload Your Documents
Upload a copy of your National ID or Passport, provide your phone number for verification, and confirm your email address.
Verification & Background Check
Your documents are reviewed, a background check is conducted, and your contact information is verified. This takes 12-24 hours.
Account Activated
Once approved, your rider account is activated. You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS with your login credentials.
Complete Onboarding Training
Access onboarding resources through the app — safety training, app tutorial, best practices guide, and navigation help.
Accept Your First Request
Log into the app, browse available deliveries, and accept your first request. You are now a Suivi Rider. Welcome to the community.
